The Zoo: Voices for Conservation

The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium is thrilled to kick off our Voices for Conservation speaker series with Julie Scardina, world-renowned animal ambassador and conservation advocate. As the long-time Director of Animal Ambassador Programs and Corporate Curator of Animal Training for SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, Julie's passion and commitment to wildlife has reached millions of people through her national public and television appearances. Julie now travels around the world promoting wildlife conservation efforts and educating people on how their actions can make a difference.

Guests of all ages can experience an evening under the stars as Julie discusses her lifelong wildlife conservation efforts. Meet animal ambassadors, purchase food and drinks from our Beer Den, and listen to the amazing stories of this renowned conservationist.

$5 donation per member. $10 donation per non-member. All proceeds will go directly towards the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium's Science and Conservation program and our global conservation efforts. The event is free for all Grow Wild Society Members.
