A biennial exhibition of temporary, site-based artworks, Alloy Pittsburgh invites regional artists to be inspired by the histroy and current conditions of the Carrie Blast Furnaces and to imagine the future possibilities for this historic site.
The 2018 installation will mark the third occurrence of the exhibition, which features nine artists, including:

Sheila Ann Swartz of Indiana, PA
The artists will reveal their completed site‐based artworks in a public reception on August 25th, 2018 from 1-4pm. All artwork will remain on display through September 29th, 2018. Admission for the opening is $10 in advance or $15 at the door and includes access to the Carrie Furnace grounds, nine Alloy Pittsburgh artist installations and complimentary light refreshments.
